How to get my free Xfinity xpods

I saw a promotion from  Xfinity that if I upgraded to 1 go speed or higher I could get free xpods. I got the new modem. Nobody at Xfinity has a clue what I am talking about. Should I just go back to my old speed and order a mesh system from Amazon? Why did Xfinity offer a deal that I can’t seem to get? I don’t mind paying for the faster speed but the only reason I did it was to get these range extenders.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hey there, I am not familiar with that promotion either, where did you hear about it? Do you have any promotional material that says that?

Xfinity complete promises full house coverage. How do I get find out what plan I am on and how much more it will cost me. I have a white xfi modem and 1 gigabyte speed. If you tell me to use that Xfinity app, I’d rather hit myself in the head with a hammer.

So Xfi Complete is usually a $25 per month addition to any promotional rate, some promotions do offer it at a discounted price of $10 per month, which is likely what you saw. I am happy to get in depth with your specific plan if you would like! Send a dm to XFINITY SUPPORT with your name and address to get started!

Xfi Complete comes with a whole home assessment which at the end of the assessment will determine if a pod is needed or not and if so, it will be free of charge, if the assessment says you do not need it then you are still welcome to purchase a pod but there would not be a free pod.

@XfinityAnthonyT , thank you. My plan is one gig for $65 per month. When I looked at the complete plan it said $10 per month more and in parentheses, $25 more. When I looked at the summary, my total bill went from $60 per month to $95 per month. The site just doesn’t make sense. I thought that upgrading from my 400 mbps for $60 per month to gig speed gave me the complete plan. Basically, I want my whole home covered with WiFi. How can I get an accurate cost?

I was notified to accept the answer. I will wait until after my assessment if it happens.
