How to get help with hookup

We have had 3 techs out to connect initially service. Lines were run on our road but they neglected to put a pedestal tower hookup at our connection box so they cannot run a line to our house. This has been reported to the sipervisoord by the techs yet we are still waiting and are without tvbor internet as we needed to cancel our satellite services due to roux work
