How to get hanging wires moved?

I am a customer of Xfinity but I am writing about an issue in which I need help.  I am a commercial general contractor and we need to get Xfinity wires moved on a project that we are on.  I have called a number of times and I have had 4 ER tickets made for this issue and no one has gotten back to me and when I call to follow up they tell me the ticket is closed.   I need help, please!!!!!   I am tired of getting the run-around.    Please help me.
