How to get an XB10?

Hello, I stopped by my local Xfinity store to try to upgrade my router to the XB10 and they didn't have any in stock. They directed me to call but I can't seem to get through to a live agent easily. I have, what I believe, is the highest speed tier and would like the XB10 to take full advantage of it. Can you please advise how I can get one either shipped to me or my local store? Thank you so much in advance!

Good afternoon @robd54, and thanks for submitting a post today. Our XB10 gateways are currently only available for our customers on the XClass of internet service. Are you currently on that internet tier?

I believe I am, I have the 2100/300 speed tier to my knowledge and would consider the XClass if I don't have it.  Please advise and thank you!

Thanks for confirming. That internet tier is not an XClass speed tier. You can find more information about it here https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/xclass. On that site, you'll also be able to sign in to see if it is available at your location. Let us know if you have any further questions.
