How to get an at home pickup on returns

I’m not able to drive and I’m only able to get rides to and from doctors cause insurance from state. My service was suspended through XFINITY, how can I get an at home pick up so I can have that payment subtracted from my remaking service bill.

user_5fwrx5 Thank you for posting on our community forum so we can help with your equipment return. Are you able to print your return label from your online account Device Management Center? You can find instructions here if needed. Once the return label is printed, you can call 1–800–PICK–UPS to schedule an at–home pickup by using the label tracking number.
I'd also like to review your account and discuss options to keep you in the Xfinity family. Please send a direct message to Xfinity Support by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address in the body of the message so I can find your account and get started on a resolution.
