How to get a line DROPPED

I've been waiting for over a month now to get my line dropped in my new residence, I know I've talked to XFINITY over 10 times by this point  and they continue to tell me that they've contacted the third party to have them get into contact with me to give me an estimate of when the line will be actually be dropped.

My last appointment was for 4/11, no one showed up. For the 2nd time. The rep told me there is a 10 day window on that scheduled appointment, and they've asked the crew to contact me again.  I just don't know who else to contact or what to do to try and get my line dropped. Any suggestions?

Concern moved here for greater exposure to actual Comcast employees.

Greetings @user_1f6790. I hope you are doing well, and sorry for the delay with getting back to you here. I know how important it is to get this line ran, and I'd be happy to help look into this for you. Can you please send me a PM with your name and address?
