How to get a cable repaired post Beryl
We have recently moved from Australia and have been extremely disappointed by the customer service of Xfinity and the lack of communication from you post Beryl. We had a branch go down on our internet cable to the house which I logged online. I have yet heard nothing from you since this. We have had no internet now for 10 days and have no line of sight to when it will be restored. Please let me know how I can find out when the cable will be fixed. Your blog says all services will be restored to by Friday. What about my service? Can you please provide an alternative until my service is restored as my husband and I work regularly from home and at the moment are unable to.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Brown and African American neighborgoods getting service last but we never even lost power during hurricane Beryl.
Do better Xfinity, Comcast.

Hello Aussie, they cant, we are all here trying to get updates, they put a AI wall blocking anyone from speaking w a live agent on The Xfinity App, if you try calling, the moment you sign in w your info and they see we have an outage in your area they will hang up and not allow you to speak w an agent due to the outage, if you try reddit they delete your post. If you try this forum they give you useless replies like the one above.
the only solution we found is to cancel xfinity and go to another provider
