How to follow up on an open ticket for credit on account
Hi,
I spent 1.5 hours on text/chat (live) with real life person at customer support to get credit on my bill because I am being shortchanged on my MBPS. They confirmed I am supposed to get faster internet. They confirmed my modem is working properly. They confirmed there was no outage.
I am receiving 184MBPS when my account states I am on the FAST internet at 600-1200 MBPS.
I was given a ticket number and have heard nothing about my internet connection or my credit.
How do I get resolution?

Are you receiving these speed results on a hardwired connection using an ethernet cable and a laptop or computer directly connected to the modem?
