how to find when my seasonal hold ends
xfinity's personal assistant/robo representative is awful!! I keep asking when my seasonal hold ends and it asks me to start a seasonal hold. And of course it will not let me access a live person.

You may return to comcastseasonal.com to review your Seasonal Convenience Plan details. The Seasonal Convenience Plan summary page appears when you return showing the details of the start and end for the plan.
The CANCEL SEASONAL CONVENIENCE button is no longer available after your seasonal hold begins.
The CHANGE SEASONAL CONVENIENCE button lets you change your plan’s end date only if your scheduled end date hasn’t passed and the maximum number of days allowed hasn’t been exceeded.
