How to find out if boxes are in stock at local store

Just as the title says...How do ifind out if my local Xfinity store has 4K boxes in stock? There is no direct number to call, you get routed to call center. I have been having issues with my tv service and I just had a tech out. He did everything but replace the boxes and I want to exchange my boxes for new ones to see if that will help.

Well the new boxes didnt help. Is there an option anywhere in the app or on the website where you can escelate an issue? I had a tech out who replaced everything but the boxes. Said all my signals are fine but I keep having picture frezzing and audio droputs on quite a few HD channels (the ones up in the 1,100 range) I had this exact same issue a few years ago and it turns out it was a power problem that needed to be adjusted at the tap or somewhere in the vacinity. As soon as they did that my issues cleared right up. Now I'm back having the same issues and everytime I call its the same...make sure all of your connections are tight, reset the box, check your HDMI cables, send a tech out. The tech was jst here and said everything looks good but I have a feeling this needs to be escelated so it gets looked into a little deeper. Thanks!!
