How to file a property damage claim

On July 7th a Xfinity contractor came up on my driveway into my yard to do work on my neighbor’s telephone pole. This pole provides no connection for my cable or electricity. They did not ask permission and they don’t have time to ask homeowners. I let them exit my driveway but told them they were trespassing on private property and they do not have permission to be on my property. Their truck tore up my grass and left mud on my driveway.  Just this past September I had that area leveled and seeded after another utility truck accessed my driveway and dug up my yard.   I have a receipt showing the cost for the landscaping as  well as photos of the damage with the truck on my property. This does not let me attach anything.  I want to be reimbursed for amount spent to landscape and want to go on record that Xfinity contractors or employees do not have permission to access my property without permission.

Good morning, @user_33bf3f . I’m truly sorry to hear about the experience you had and the damage to your property. I can completely understand how frustrating it must be to have your yard impacted after you had recently invested time and money into leveling and landscaping the area. I also understand your concerns regarding contractors accessing your property without your permission. I'd be happy to help get this properly documented and reviewed.  Can you please DM me your full first and last name along with your full address so that I can get your damage concerns escalated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused. I look forward to assisting you further in private.
