Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_9zs5qc! Thank you for reaching out and sharing this with us! At Xfinity, we take allegations of harassment very seriously and are committed to a respectful workplace. To help me get this to the right internal team, could you clarify when this incident occurred and whether it took place in a Xfinity store, over the phone, or via chat?

@XfinityQuemekia yes this incident ocurred at a store location, Specifically, the xfinity store located in Boulder CO on Saturday, April 25, 2026.  The location address is 2900 Baseline Road and it occurred sometime mid-afternoon.  I wish to file a formal complaint as it was a disturbing encounter.  I do not believe this to be the forum to share details.

No worries, send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, as well as a brief description of your complaint to continue @user_9zs5qc

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

J just visited Xfinity Store in Fremont, Ca.  I have a broken screen and needed a phone replacement to get calls and messages from family visiting the next day.  I was told that they could not help me, even though I have insurance.  I even offered to pay off the balance of my phone to get a replacement and was refused.  They insisted I visit the store at 31055 Courthouse Drive, Union City.  I drove 20 minutes there just to be treated even worse.  I was told I could pay off the balance and receive a new phone.  Once I was charged the $500 balance of my phone, I was in the process of getting the new phone when "upgrade" was mentioned.  I asked what that was and was told I had to purchase the replacement phone for $30 a month.  I was baffled as I was initially told that paying off my old phone would get me my replacement, but that was not the case.  I asked to be refunded and was told I had to dispute this with my credit card company?  I ended up leaving the store empty handed and a broken phone.  Thank you for nothing.
