How to file a compliant??

I’m just finding out the local Xfinity representative who sells their service to residents here lied to me about a promotion to get me to switch over both my phone and internet service. After many chats with Xfinity representatives via the app and even on Reddit it turns out he didn’t not follow through on the “pay off and bring your own phone to get $200 gift card” promotion. The Reddit Xfinity representative told me that promotion wasn’t even running when he signed me up.

So the promotion wasn’t running and they can’t even find a record of me being registered for it. I need to file a compliance against this representative who lied to get me to sign up for service and I’d like to know what options for canceling the service I have since I was brought in under false pretense.

SunniDee Good morning, and welcome to Xfinity Forums! We appreciate you taking the time to this morning to reach out to our team, and share your experience with your promotion change. I can see how this would be a disappointing outcome. I'm happy to support you in getting the assistance you need for your account and services today. To begin, please send a Direct Message with your name and service address.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
