How to file a complaint?
Hi,
I want to file a complaint about an customer support representative and I have been trying to figure out how to do so. I read that it can be filed by "Sending a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section." I don't see a bubble or a chat box anywhere. Has that moved to another space? Could you please help?

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary.
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page).
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
• Press Enter to send your message.

Not a great way to submit a compliant when my compliant is about the CS rep at the other end of my text this week, who, instead of sending a survey link, asked me to rate them and when I said 9 they begged for a 10. I told them 10 and to get another job. Glad I no longer have this service.
