How to email a complaint to coporate

I don’t want to use Xfinity assistant. I just want to file a complaint with corporate. How do I do this? TIA

Hello, @user_rw2ipa. You've reached our corporate team, please send a DM with your full name, address and a description of your concern. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

I live at [Edited: Personal Information]. We have experienced issues with our streaming services. Evidently the “fix” is stringing an extension cord across the street and placing orange cones. This is unacceptable for many reasons. First is Xfinty so incompetent that they cannot fix it properly. Also, what happens this winter when the snowplow clears the road?  
No, this is unacceptable and needs a proper solution.
