Hello Gabriel, my issue is that I’ve made the request for changing my address via the app, 5 days ago, because I was moving to a new place - at that time, my request was accepted and everything seemed fine.

Now that I am living in this new place, my account is still linked to my previous address and I think it’s causing the WiFi to not work at all since I can connect but no WiFi is working.

When I go on the app to change again my address I am directly told to contact someone, but I don’t know which phone number I’m supposed to call or which email address im supposed to write to.

user_dwwwi4, Thanks for sharing. Congrats on the move by the way. That is strange that the transfer did not go through after the request was accepted through the app 5 days ago. I offer my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience that this experience has caused you. Did you receive a confirmation of the order summary via email? Normally, when making changes, you would receive an email of your change request.

This was not helpful for me.  I want to speak with a human employee. A suggestion: your Web techs fix the SEO for your sites. I would attach a screenshot, but I can't. I was directed to the wrong information for Xfinity and ended up giving someone my home address and phone number.  I knew something was wrong when he asked for my Internet service provider. Because your Web tech is not on top of your sites, I'm now vulnerable, and probably so are other customers.
