How to Contact Customer Service via Phone/Email?

This is the start of the sixth week in a row of Xfinity internet issues in my area. On average, there are 3 days per week that have outages during working hours (9 am – 6 pm) and I work from home. I’ve tried the Xfinity Assistant feature on my Xfinity app and all it could tell me I that I am/am not experiencing outages and that I could get text updates – this is not helpful. On the Xfinity customer support website, it just tells me to use the assistant feature – again, not helpful.

Which customer support line or email should I be using to address my concerns with my internet service?
