How to contact a regional or general manager

I have been experiencing problems with customer service on an equipment replacement issues for over two months. I am getting contradicting information. I spoke to a supervisor yesterday but the connection was poor. She said she would call right back but never did. Is there a person who can help resolve this quickly? I have been on calls with Xfinity, cumulatively, for several hours over multiple calls with no resolution.
