How to complain about Xfinity Customer Service?

I have seasonal plan.  I am unable to start up internet for the season via the web site. First I try logging in with iOS Safari -- simply loops back to the 'enter your login id page. Okay, let's try Firefox on iOS -- after logging in and navigating to /seasonal, I'm greeted with error: unable to process, please try again later.  Okay, let's try the app -- no dice, I'm logging in from iOS and the app oAuth login defaults to Safari web view which simply loops back to the 'enter your login id page.  Last resort is to call xfinity.

When calling Xfinity, I am greeted by "Jackson" from Egypt.  Jackson is very interested in whether I've eaten dinner and would like to heap thanks upon me for being a Diamond member (whatever that means).  This kindness is soon followed with a sales pitch.  No thank you, Jackson, I've had an incredibly long day and would just like to turn on seasonal service.  Jackson then reassured me that he was going to help me and that he was just trying to save me money.  I politely asked Jackson if he could just turn on my internet or if it would be easier if I simply went to the local Xfinity location.  Jackson understood and assured me that he was working on the internet.

A few minutes later, Jackson insisted that I needed better service and began asking me about my cellular carrier.

To say that this is incredibly disrespectful "customer service" is an understatement.  I will be switching to Verizon FiOS as soon as business opens again on Tuesday.  I can't imagine how companies like Xfinity stay in business with such horrible, high pressure sales tactics.  I guess fleecing customers with gimmicks is the very simple answer.

Poor me, I'll lose my "diamond" status...LOL.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
