How to compaline

I want to know how I can compalin  on the overall services I am getting from Xfinity.  When I call it takes over 20 mintues to reach a live agent.  This is so annoying.  Then all the live agent does is apologize and talk to me like arobot reading from a text.  I am strongly thinking of leaving after being a platinum client for over 10 years.

@XfinityGabby​ I was send an email to post directly wilth Xfinity support which i did ut have  not recieved any reply back
