How to check status of ticket?
I requested a refund on Sept 30th and the customer service agent I spoke with said that the refund will take 3-6 days. I've received two emails from Xfinity saying that they're working on it but then I spoke with a different customer service agent today (Oct 5th) and he said the ticket was closed and then we got disconnected. Can someone please help because this is really important and I need the refund asap.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (top right corner)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
