I want to check the balance on a Visa debit card I received as a refund from Xfinity. How do I do that?

Here are some ways to check the balance of an Xfinity prepaid gift card: 
 
 
  • Xfinity Incentive Tracker
    Customers can check the status of their prepaid card online using the Xfinity Incentive Tracker. Customers without internet service can also check their balance by phone. 
     
     
  • Registration website
    After receiving a prepaid card, customers will receive an email with a link to a registration website. On this website, customers can check their balance, download the card to a virtual wallet, or convert it to a physical card.
