How to check a ticket

How do I check the status of a ticket. When I go to my account o do not see the ticket or issue on the list of activity. It’s been almost 24 hours.

I would like to know an update regarding this ticket #CR968189366, if possible ASAP, as we have constantly network issues in our office in Boulder for Champions Petfoods.
