How to check a ticket

How do I check the status of a ticket. When I go to my account o do not see the ticket or issue on the list of activity. It’s been almost 24 hours.

Here are detailed steps to direct message us:  

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
