how to change primary account owner name
My account (#[Edited: "Personal Information"]) main owner is still listed as Ronald [Edited: "Personal Information"], my late husband. He passed away in July 2016. I never changed our account info and feel I need to now, but I am unable to make changes to our account. How do I change our account to make me the main account owner? I have tried unsuccessfully online.
I am Susan [Edited: "Personal Information"] my email address is [Edited: "Personal Information"].
Can you make the change for me or tell me how to get it done please.

If your husband never made you a manager on the account there is very little you can do at this point. Your best option is to take his death certificate and all your leased equipment to a Comcast store and cancel the account and start a new one in your name. However, an Official Employee here could probably tell you a better way at going about this.
