HOW TO CANCEL SERVICE PLEASE HELP :(

Hello all, 

I am currently trying to cancel my service, as my family has decided to use a different carrier. However, whenever I call the customer service line, I am met with the most useless automated agent and never does it connect me to an actual human being. I've tried using the chat feature as well with no luck. Finally, I've "scheduled a call back" but have yet to receive one. Are there any other numbers to call to actually speak to a human??? 

This is feeling absolutely impossible.

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
