How to cancel appointment at my home address with technician (not needed any more)
Hi,
I had connectivity issues yesterday and scheduled a service appointment at my home. However, today the internet is back again and we don't need the service appointment any more.
I tried to cancel through the app, but there is only the option to reschedule, not to cancel. I cannot find that option online in my account page either.
Can you please help me cancel?
Thanks

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
