How to cancel an ordering error?
I was setting up wifi for my new apartment, and I got through the site being really buggy and finally made an order. Then, I got an email saying my order wasn't complete. So I went through and did it again. But now, I have two orders for wifi rather than just one. How do I rectify this? I tried calling and got the run around until I got hung up on.
