How to apply MC50 promo code to new internet plan?
Hi, I just moved into an apartment and signed up for Xfinity internet. I received a pop up message about the MC50 promo code to receive a $50 master card gift card with my plan. Unfortunately I could not find a place to insert the promo code during checkout (maybe because I was on mobile).
Is it possible to add the promo code to my order now? I have not activated my internet yet, but I plan to do so this morning.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
