How To Activate Peacock Premium?

I just got my account upgraded to Platinum so now I have access to Peacock Premium. The issue is, I have been trying all day to figure out how to activate. Every time I try to, Xfinity sends me to the Peacock site then when I try to sign in or sign up there, they send me to page to Pick a Plan.

I am confused.

1. Do I use my existing Xfinity login info to sign up to Peacock on their site?

2. How do I get past them asking me to pick a plan?

3. Why doesn't Xfinity have an easier way to do this? Seems like they could have you push a button and be activated. I don't see why you gotta be sent to the Peacock site.

It's all confusing and frustrating.

Can someone tell me step-by-step how to do this?

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

  1. Log in to your Xfinity Rewards account.
  2. Click on the reward titled Get Peacock Premium at no extra cost.
  3. Choose Get This Reward and follow the steps provided.
  4. You’ll then receive an email with instructions on how to activate your offer.
    1. It may take a few hours to receive the email.

If you already have a paid Peacock subscription, you may need to cancel your existing subscription and wait until the end of the billing cycle before activating Peacock. For instructions on canceling your existing subscription, see peacocktv.com/help/article/cancellation.
