How to Activate Cable Box - Any Human Beings from Xfinity Support Out There??
I have two new X1 cable set top boxes that I have no idea how to activate.
The Xfinity Rep at the store told me to call 1-855-652-3446.
That just takes me in a loop.
I found this guide next on this forum:

But the X1 will not activate nor proceed past the "RDK-10000" Error message and there is nothing I can do.
I have called Xfinity for over 30-45 minutes trying to get this AI Chatbot to help me with no success.
Are there any actual Human Beings representing Xfinity/Comcast that can assist with my Activation issues?
Because nothing that I am doing according to the AI Chatbot nor the Forum link above is working.
We'd like to be able to use the equipment that we have already paid for. Please assist.

Hello, @user_o2iu90 thank you for taking time to create a post. I did want to help get the proper expectations set up that with Xfinity Forums being a community platform, there may be delays before you receive an official employee response.
I do want to ensure you're able to get your set-top box activated, if you're still experiencing issues please let me know if your still experiencing issues.
