@ojett  Thank you for reaching out to the Xfinity Community Forums. Here is some helpful information in regards to the NOW WiFi Pass. Connect to a nearby hotspot with NOW WiFi Pass
If you are still having issues connecting, please reach out to the phone number provided on the confirmation email you received when you bought your pass.
