Our team is great to work with because we'll help however we can to get your service and equipment activated. To confirm, are you having new Xfinity service installed? Did you receive the equipment by mail? You should be able to use our awesome Xfinity App to walk through self-installment if you haven't tried that yet. But if you run into any trouble, you can also use our Xfinity Assistant to help with the equipment and/or to schedule a technician if necessary :) Please let me know if this helps! And if we need to take a closer look at things, we're happy to stick with you until this gets resolved.
