How much time to return equipment and date delivered

I can't find the date my new equipment was delivered or how long we have to return it. I spent about an hour using the xfinity assistant and got nowhere. Where can I find them?

Was it delivered in a box?  Do you still have the box; there should be a date on it.  Did you cancel service?  Having a few more details would be helpful.

The timing can vary depending on what type of equipment and what is happening with your account. What type of device needs to be returned? Did you sign up for new service, swap out a piece of equipment or upgrade it, or something else?
