How Long Would You Wait For Service Before Cancellation
Just curious for anyone's opinion on this. I've signed up for Xfinity on November 24 and have yet to have service connected. This was 24 days ago. I hired an electrician to install equipment to facilitate physical connection to the service. This cost extra money.
How long would you be willing to wait before cutting your losses and cancelling service that you have never received? Am I being too patient?
I'm curious to hear the opinion of any Comcast/Xfinity associates on this one. How long would YOU wait before cutting YOUR losses and proceeding with another provider?
Would you wait less than 24 days? More than 24 days? I would like to know.
