How long will the outage last?

Received communication from Xfinity that they will be upgrading the network in my area today.

There will be an outage lasting about 2 hours and intermittently

However, the internet has been gone for the entire day since morning.

That silly chat box won't let me connect to an agent, unless I connect for a topic related to billing, cause it seems that is all Xfinity cares about.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@XfinityAnna I have checked this link so many times today.

Despite the email notification about this outage, it shows in the link that the outage was "unplanned".

However, as you mentioned that in most cases the estimated time services will be restored can be seen, there is no such information provided in this link in ym case.

for purpose of replying to my comment here my zipcode is 30067. I will share other details in a private message as suggested
