how long does it take to pick up a downed cable?

Hey Xfinity… how long does it take to pick up a downed cable?

This cable has been hanging across our driveway and laying across our walkway for over a week after being reported.

Every day, our kids, family, visitors, neighbors, delivery drivers, and anyone coming to our home has to step over it. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s an obvious tripping hazard.

Whether it’s a communication line or another utility cable, leaving it hanging across a walkway and driveway for days isn’t acceptable. If someone were to trip and get hurt, this situation could have been prevented.

We’ve called. We’ve reported it. We’ve been told it’s “scheduled.” Yet here we are… still waiting.

We’re not asking for anything extraordinary—just for someone to come out and make this safe.

Please do better, Xfinity. Safety shouldn’t have to wait.

The bots respond fast. But no sign of human life afterwards 🥴🫠
