How long does it take for a pole tap to be installed
I am writing to express my serious frustration with the ongoing lack of service installation at my home. Despite two technician visits, the tap has never been installed on the telephone pole, and as a result, I have no service. I was explicitly told that service was available at my address, and this ongoing delay is unacceptable. This situation is causing significant disruption, as my household depends on internet access for remote work.
The customer service agent last week promised the tap would be be installed before the tech arrived today, I didn’t want to waste his time. And no tap installed, but the tech was fine with it cause he gets paid by the hour. Seriously?
I am given no information about when my service can actually start.
I spoke to customer service today Again, this time she hung up on me. That’s what you call new customer service?
If this is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further. I expect prompt action to complete the installation as promised.

I went through this same scenario! Took two weeks before i finally got service, then it failed in 4 hours.
