How long do outages last?

My internet has been out since 12:45 a.m  when I checked my Xfinity app it said there was an outage and it’d be resolved by 2:05 a.m. It’s currently 3:31 a.m. and there’s no end in sight.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

My internet, security and cable tv  has been out for two days now.  I run a business and nobody can provide an answer.
