How long before upgraded services take effect?
I upgraded my internet and TV service Saturday (8/6). I received an order confirmation email and my account has been updated to reflect the new plans.
I upgraded to the Superfast Internet and Popular TV plan.
Speedtests results are the same as prior to my upgrade on my old plan(300Mbps). My modem (Arris s33) is capable of handling the speeds and I am testing from a wired ethernet connection.
When should I expect the changes to go into effect?
Can someone assist to see if my order has been completed and provisioned correctly?

Hello @jlee733 and thank you for reaching out over our Community platform. You have come to the right place for help. Have you tried rebooting your modem to allow the new programming to take place? I would be happy to check the status of your order. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message: Click "Sign In" if necessary. Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it
