danh2, Hi there! Thanks for spending the time out of your Wednesday to contact XFINITY over our forums page for help with the email activation after canceling services. I can relate to wanting to keep your emails after canceling. We will surely miss your business. We can help. For an XFINITY email address, as long as you logged into your email account using the XFINITY email website in the 90 days prior to disconnecting your service ,the email address would remain active. How does this sound?
@XfinityGabriel I am at the maximum of six email addresses. I need a special one for a specific purpose. I want to delete one I rarely use to get an open space to add the new email address. When the need is complete, I want to delete the special email address and re-active the seldom used email address if it is still available. If cancelled email addresses are thrown back into the pool, I risk losing it. How long do I have before I lose it to the pool? Thanks so much, Dan
Great question. danh2, That would depend on if you logged into the email account 90 days prior to disconnecting your service. Were you able to access the email account 90 days prior to disconnecting your service? Here is a great link to more details on XFINITY Email for former customers. Please let me know if this helps.

The little-used email address is a sub-email to my primary email. Does logging into my primary account count towards logging into all six emails or do I have to do each one individually?
Yes, I still receive emails on the little-used email. If I specifically log in to that sub-account, am I good for one year it will NOT be thrown back into the pool? Many thanks, Dan
You will want to log in with each XFINITY ID/email to the XFINITY website individually. Make sense, danh2?

I use Windows Live Mail. When I click "All Email Accounts", I watch it logging into all six accounts. So, I am actually logging in several times every day. I can delete the account and I have one year to re-activate that email address before it gets put into the Available-to-Anyone pool. Got it. Thanks! Dan
