How does one (me) resolve a complaint with a Company (Comcast) does not care about my patronage?
On Black Friday someone in Cyberspace ordered a Home Security Camera and a Streaming box on my Xfinity account. I found this out when I received a text message on Dec 2nd 2025 reading: “Your Xfinity order has shipped. Track your package here: https://t.xfin.me/1FD3FE1 When it arrives, simply plug in your equipment and follow along in the Xfinity app step by step. The app’s the easiest way to get help and get back on track if you have any questions or trouble. Download the Xfinity app here: https://t.xfin.me/996EA69w”
The two items arrived via FedEx on 12/2/25. I then spent over two hours on the phone with Comcast Customer Service trying to get to the bottom of this. I spoke with no fewer than 5 representatives who all lied to me telling me I ordered the service and equipment. I finally got one of them to agree to cancel the order and they gave me instructions on how to return the unwanted equipment. I brought it to a UPS store and have pictures of the equipment and a Comcast return receipt from UPS Store #5804

I repeatedly asked for in writing confirmation of the changes we made that day which of course never came.
Today I see a bill pending for cancellation of my Gigabit, Internet Equipment and Smart Home and start of a 1.2 Gig, NOW StreamSaver and Smart Home. I am being billed $256.27, a $146/mo increase over what I AGRRED to. So I was lied to by Customer Service and you are trying to scam me out of money I never agreed to pay. You are crooks and I want this resolved immediately! Reinstate my previous service or I will cancel my business arrangement Comcast.
