How does Comcast stay in business
Like the rest of the world, I regularly have to deal with customer service call centers in order to have a bill corrected, a service added or deleted, or some other question answered. Interestingly, insurance companies like Esurance, GEICO, and Liberty Mutual are actually pretty friendly and helpful. Even Verizon and AT&T can be pretty good most of the time if you get the right CSR. But Comcast? These people have to be the absolute worst, and a casual search of the web bears this out. In my case, the abysmal customer service has resulted in me ordering internet service and then cancelling it even before the technician showed up to connect our home to their network. This has happened not once, but twice (once in October and again just last week) . Between these two episodes ) I spent no less than 5 hours in online chats and on the phone while I was passed from one agent to the next, being placed on hold, and being disconnected multiple times (only to have to start all over again with a new agent).
Comcast, you had your chance. I'm staying with AT&T.

I have to agree with this former subscriber, they raise prices and give the better deals to new subscribers and when asked they dont even try to sugar coat it they flat out tell you they dont need to they already have the business. When you cancel services then they want to give you a survey to find out why youre canceling or downgrading service. They just plain dont care....

Hi @AT-TisBetter. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we apologize for the experience you have had. I'm happy to provide this feedback to my leadership. Is there anything else I can assist you with?
