My account has either been hacked or other devices have hooked up to my tv internet and are recording?!? Is that possible?

When your network was installed did you changed your network name and password? XFINITY would have sent you an email letting you know how to do that within XFINITY app. Do you see an unknown device on the WiFi tab?

Thank you for reaching out to our team here about those devices. @Lkpolo is correct, you can always check on the devices connected to your network on your Xfinity app. If you have your WiFi network name and password set up you should not have any unknown devices able to record from your service.
