How do you submit a service request?
I've submitted a service request 20 times on the website, but each time I hit submit it just spins and doesn't do anything else. The AI assistant is a joke and just doubles back on how can it help even when you've asked to submit a ticket. I have my comcast line run from above ground connections and they are hanging on a dead tree. I need them re-run underground so that they don't get torn down when the tree goes. I cannot get to a point where I can actually submit my request...where do I go?
