How do you schedule a technician's visit?

 I'm getting Error XRE 03062 repeatedly on all my boxes.
 I tried Xfinity Assistant but it was never able to help.
 I would like to schedule a technician's visit.

@user_9w5vtw  I'm sorry to hear abut the error you're having with your service. Our team can help with scheduling a tech as well as troubleshooting first to resolve this with you.

With error XRE 03062, Select Try Again on-screen.

If this doesn't work:

Check that all TV connections are tight.
Make sure the TV Box hasn't been moved and is in a position to receive a WiFi signal.
Unplug the TV Box for one to two minutes and then plug it in again.
If that doesn't work, try restarting.
Say, “Restart TV Box” into your Xfinity Voice Remote.
Hold down the power button on your TV Box if applicable.
