I'm not exactly understanding why you have to go in. Get checked in stand there for 40 minutes. All to exchange a box that literally took. I don't know [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] two seconds. You have a counter where people are getting checked out. And you have nobody standing there instead, they take your name, tell you to sit down, browse around whatever you have to do. I suggest, maybe a bit, you know, somebody that's coming into. Exchange something you probably should have somebody that helps them right away instead of making them wait.
