How do we start a complain petition for the lack of customer service
Every three months my internet speed is reduced to 500m while I’m paying for 1100m
every three months I need to call in and have to go through an hour long process of rebooting my modem even though I’ve just done that. Than you remove the option to speak to a human directly and be forced to wait to even get help while my modem is being rebooted for the 5th time to try and resolve the same issue I keep calling in about. This is done to make it annoying to call in so people won’t.
you’re very particular about getting your money for every possible thing you can so I would like compensation for the constant issues with internet than I’m not receiving and the hassle of having to call in and deal with a intentionally annoying process just to have someone tell me nothing is wrong with my system while your techs remove the cap that’s on my system to get me back up to my 900m even though I’m paying for 1100m
