How do o get the ports on my ruckus device to work?

I’m new to Xfinity communities the last company that was installed also had Ruckus devices and was able to light up the ports on the bottom of the wifi device how do o get Comcast to do the same?

Quick question, are you trying to use your Ruckus device as your primary connection point or as a secondary access point?

It’s my primary access point. Xfinity installed the device. I’m also part of Xfinity communities whole building WiFi

each individual apartment has its own own account. I called support and they put me through to the Xfinity communities dedicated team and I was able to schedule for an onsite engineer to come next week. To take a look at the configuration of the device.
