Change your chosen name in the Xfinity app Tap the Account tab in the bottom right of your screen. Tap Account settings. Click Xfinity ID and Security. Tap Edit name under your name as it currently appears. Enter your chosen name in the First, Middle (optional), and Last name fields. If you’re adding a chosen first name to your account, you’ll also need to add a chosen last name. Tap Save to complete the changes.
To change your name online at Xfinity.com:
Click the person icon in the top-right of your screen to get to your account. Click Account and identity. Click Xfinity ID and Security. Click Edit name under your name as it currently appears. Enter your chosen name in the First, Middle (optional), and Last name fields
Click Save to complete the changes.
