How do I truly get taken off the email list?

I've been receiving emails from Xfinity for years, yes years, even after unsubscribing probably 40-50 times. I've been "deleted from the database" probably another 4 or 5 times. I keep getting emails...

How do I truly get taken off the email list and my account deleted?

user_92w4e8 Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding the emails you are receiving. I hear where you are coming from. Getting unwanted emails can be frustrating. May I ask what type of emails you are receiving? Are there promotional emails, or informational?

Actually got another one this morning. This one was from xfinity@updates.xfinity.com.

user_92w4e8 If you have not already done so, we suggest going here (https://pc2.mypreferences.com/Comcast/OptOut/Default.aspx). This will aid in being removed from marketing if it takes place over the phone and regular mail. We must make the distinction that while you may be able to prevent some marketing emails, it may not be possible to prevent all marketing emails from being sent to you. We suggest just deleting what may not apply to you.

@Again​ In the past, they've been promotional and update related.
